Returns and Refunds
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds.
What Can Be Returned
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Must include proof of purchase and order number
Please note: We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
What Cannot Be Returned
• Custom orders
• Gift certificates
• Items returned without authorization
• Returns sent to any address other than our official Returns Center
• Repeated or excessive return requests may be refused
What You’ll Receive
• You may choose an exchange or a credit note valid online and in-store
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
How to Return an Item

Request a Return Authorization (RMA)
Email us at info@revajewellery.com with your name, email, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. -
Receive Your RMA and Instructions
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RMA number and return steps. -
Ship the Item Back
• Use a registered, trackable shipping service (e.g., FedEx)
• Include your RMA number inside the package
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped)
