What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through PayPal (no account needed), direct PayPal payments, and bank transfer. All prices are in USD.

Can I order a custom size or design?
Yes, we offer custom ring sizes and private commissions. Please contact us for more details.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat $30 rate. Orders over $200 receive free shipping.

How long does shipping take?
International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.  

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders of $200 or more include free worldwide shipping.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return your jewelry for exchange or a store credit. We do not offer refunds.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.


Products & Materials

Are your products handmade?
Yes, all Reva Jewellery pieces are handcrafted in Bali using high-quality silver and gold.

What type of silver do you use?
We use 950 or 925 sterling silver for our jewelry.

Are the crystals in your jewelry natural or synthetic?
We use both high-quality Austrian crystals and natural gemstones such as amethyst and citrine.

How do I find my ring size?
Please refer to our ring size guide or contact us for assistance with sizing.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry dry, store it in a box or pouch, and clean gently with a soft cloth.
