Since 1997, Reva Jewellery has provided jewellery design, prototyping, manufacturing and export services from our Bali workshop. Working with designers, brands and retailers, we produce silver and gold jewellery with direct control over development, fabrication and quality.
We work closely with our clients to develop distinctive jewellery collections. Each project begins with understanding the designer's vision, aesthetic direction and commercial objectives. Our Services
Development
Prototype development is often the most important stage of the jewellery manufacturing process and is strongly recommended before moving into production.
A prototype allows both the designer and the workshop to evaluate the piece physically and review important aspects such as proportions, wearability, stone setting, size and technical feasibility. Handling the actual object often reveals improvements that are difficult to identify in drawings alone.
Producing a sample also allows adjustments to be made efficiently before committing to full production, ensuring the final design meets expectations while minimizing unnecessary material waste.
Handcrafted Production
Handcrafted production remains at the core of our workshop. By combining traditional jewellery-making techniques with modern manufacturing processes, we are able to produce pieces that retain the character and detail of artisan craftsmanship while meeting professional production standards.
We work with a wide range of materials including gemstones, mother-of-pearl, Venetian glass, pearls, wood and other elements, allowing creative combinations tailored to each project.
Our artisans specialize in techniques such as filigree, granulation, inlay work and precision gem setting, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship in every piece.
Wax Carving and 3D Design
Depending on the design requirements of the project, we offer both traditional hand-carved wax masters and modern 3D design technologies.
Hand wax carving allows the organic development of highly detailed jewellery forms. For more complex structures, technical settings or production requirements, digital modelling and 3D printing can significantly accelerate the development and sampling process.
Our 3D designers can create intricate constructions, including pavé and advanced stone settings, ensuring technically demanding designs are produced with precision and consistency.
Casting and Production Services
Casting is an efficient manufacturing process that allows identical pieces to be produced consistently and in larger quantities when required.
In addition to casting, we offer a range of specialized production services including laser engraving, laser welding and various plating techniques.
Our workshop capabilities also extend to gemstone carving, mother-of-pearl carving and jewellery photography for product presentation, allowing clients to access multiple services through a single manufacturing partner.
Quality Control
Throughout the production process, strict quality control procedures are applied at every stage.
From initial design review and prototype development to final finishing and inspection, each piece is carefully examined to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, durability and aesthetic quality.
